Peterhead Port Authority is seeking to employ a full-time person for the position of Night Shift Operative in Greenhill Fish Market. This role works on 40hrs per week on permanent night shift basis. A competitive remuneration package is on offer to the successful applicant.

The role includes tasks associated with the operation, maintenance and cleaning of the Fish Market. This involves assisting in the co-ordination of the landing and allocation of space in the market for fish, recording fish landings, arranging berthing and water for fishing boats, and routine maintenance. We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, possesses a positive attitude and is a diligent and conscientious worker. Previous experience in the fishing industry sector is desirable but not essential.
